Love

Doing things that are self nurturing are wonderful ways to express your love for yourself.

Taking time to just lose yourself in doing crafts? Painting?

You start to go into a World all your own. 

These are all great expressions of Love!

Creating a meal or making a desert that your going to share with family and friends.

By putting your time and energy into the meal you are adding parts of your love into the meal.

People will remember the meal and ask for the recipe and try to recreate the energy of that meal and the personal experience that the memory invokes.

Our creations look or smell better when we add bits of ourselves with our love.

Event the simple things like drawing a bath and adding the ingredients to make the experience more personal.

The candles, the scented oils for the bath?

The herbs to help us relax.

Picking out just the right tea for that moment to create the mood.

Our clothes are an extension of ourselves, our personalities? Emotions?

All of these things are part of who we are and how we show our selves to the World.

A Trap Of One's Own Making

I find it very interesting that many of the banks and large corporations rather than be transparent. They choose to go down swinging which will be the cause of they're own demise. I guess, they really didn't choose to learn from the past mistakes in history. It will be interesting if the workers of these corporations and banks will choose to be survivors and reinvent themselves or choose to play the victim. It's not like these employees don't know what's going on. They can see the writing on the wall.

I see a lot of large corporations devouring smaller companies to drain the cash flow out them to keep their large appetite afloat a little while longer trying to keep their inevitable down fall at bay. This stall tactic will only work so long. The truth has a nasty way of raising it's head at the most inopportune time. The Justices that are after true justice for the people will survive. The one's that have an agenda will find that justice is a double edged sword and not a one way street.

The masses are starting to gather momentum and becoming stronger and stronger and all the injustices are starting to have more and more light shined on them. There is no escaping the truth. Those that thought that the World was their playground and the rules were for everyone else are finding that they're markers are about to be called in.

Those that knowingly did harm to the masses are going to find themselves bankrupted and their corporate veil is about to be pierced. They've hid behind that Corporate Veil for far to long will be no more. Many will go to prison and their assets frozen. Many CEO's will cry about the injustice of it all. Justices, will become very creative with the terms of their prison sentences. They will start to maximize the community service that they will have to repay to the communities that they've harmed and wildlife habitats they've destroyed.

They're descendant's will not get a free pass either; after all they directly benefited from them too.
It will be quite an interesting time in history to see all the dramas play out.

Seasons of Change

This year has been a unique year. The seasons are coming earlier and we had the winter from hell. It started to feel like winter would never end. This year, I lost some plants. Some plants didn't bear fruit when it usually produces. Even more positive things have been coming. I notice it more and more when I stick to my guns so to speak. When I refuse to put myself into an abusive environment, I am rewarded with a healthy work environment with positive team members.

I'm not saying to not take a job if you really need the money to meet your bills. I am saying to pick what things you can put up with in a short term if you have too. Usually what happens is after you've taken that job, another opportunity will that is more positive or with more money will show up.

Things that used to show up in the past have stopped showing up in my life. It's like the Universe has gotten the memo that I am changing and I expect positive changes in my life as well. Start by making a small list of the changes that you'd like to see in your life. You also have to make sure that you show up for your life! What does that mean? It means, that you have to participate in your life. Life doesn't happen to us. It happens, when we refuse to participate in our own lives.

The bullies that might have been in your work environment start to leave or you get offered a better job and you no longer have to be around them. Some changes will happen immediately and others will show up in baby steps. Start with changes that have been bugging you for a while. Look at it as pulling weeds in your garden or clearing out the clutter in your life.

People do learn how to treat you by how you treat yourself. If your dealing with a bully that's a different matter. In this situation, see if you can switch departments? If things are totally unbearable, start looking for another job to remove yourself out of this situation. It can be taking a long term temporary or contract position to remove yourself from a horrible situation.

I have seen the Universe respond to me faster and faster. I am getting more of the environments that I desire!

The Most Intimate Journey

One of the best journeys you will have is getting to know yourself. Often people will say, well I'm just me.
What exactly does that mean? Most women, haven't a clue on how to answer that question. It isn't until they're married and finding themselves unhappy with they're lives. Not exactly sure where in they're lives, they aren't happy? They start to feel like they aren't even a person? Like they've some how become an accessory.

Others have fallen into the trap, where they believe that it's the responsibility of their spouse to make them happy. Which is like some story that's been perpetuated by our society. It's only when women take the time to get to know themselves on all levels. Not allowing family or friends or even spouses to judge them. That they start to find out they're likes and dislikes. They stop trying to please other people and worrying about other people's opinions that they start to grow and learn more about themselves.

They start to learn that maybe they want to be known by their name instead of Mrs so-and-so or as someone's wife. Once we fully become whole, we bring much more to the table in a marriage or career or to even our own business. This myth that your partner makes you a whole person is just that a myth. Even they need to be whole within themselves to be truly happy.

Where we got this idea that its anyone's job to make us happy? I have no idea, but people need to actually start to participate in their lives instead of trying to put it on remote control. This how our lives suddenly start to become derailed. This is also how people lose control of their finances. Only you know what makes you happy or unhappy! Sometimes we like to mix it up and add some Drama, because maybe we're bored!

It's also okay to not be nice all the time. We have emotions for a reason, think of it as a color pallet that you can play with. Sometimes, you might want to be horrible instead of sugary sweet with everyone. By allowing your emotions to not be judged all the time. Your more likely to not have a callousal explosive melt down.

Your less likely to find that a toddler has taken control of your emotions and your having a melt down at a business meeting. When we find and know ourselves, we start to get this inner calm and peace that we've been searching for most of our lives. It starts to reel in those emotional roller coaster moments in our lives.
We start to have more control and direction in our lives. Instead of life happening to us. We are happening to life!

Death

Death is another life journey. Some how over the centuries, death has some how become a villain. Instead of people looking at it as just another of life's journeys and something to be embraced. People look at it as the ultimate end, when nothing could be further from the truth. It is the ending of one chapter and the beginning of a new one.

As children we had class room experiments we had to do with meal worms. When the meal worm died it turned into a beetle and when the beetle died it turned back into a meal worm. Same with the butterfly, it metamorphosis from a Caterpillar to a butterfly. You can equate it with reincarnation. The  cycle is never ending.

You go from the living reality or dimension to another reality when you die. The soul is immortal, so even though the flesh dies the soul never will. This fear of death keeps us from realizing our true potential by making us a victim by feeding this fear.

One of the things, I know for sure is that your loved one's are constantly checking in with you. They are not locked away on the other side like hostages. They come and visit you even if they have crossed over. Even ancestors that you've never met in this life time still care about you. They know when you have been born they watch you grow. It is a very loving relationship.

They're presence is always announced. You will usually smell something that was unique to them when they were alive. Sometimes its a perfume, or maybe they smoked a cigar and you notice that smell from time to time.
These are all signs that they are around you.

That's why sometimes the fear someone has before they pass is what keeps them from crossing over. The fear that they won't be able to see they're loved one's when they're gone. This is what can keep them earth bound or make them remain a ghost. This false truth that when they die they can never come back to visit they're families.

Other cultures embrace death as a beautiful process and not something to fear. They know that loved one's are always around them and that they have crossed over. The dying are taught that when they see they're deceased relatives it is cause for celebration and not something to fear. Those relatives are there to help them cross over to the other side and teach them that this is not the end. They will always be able to check in on their families.

Fragmenting of the Soul

When a soul is so fragmented from past and present life trauma it takes more than soul retrieval to make it whole again.

The pieces can be put back together again yes, but the damage that caused the soul to fragment in the first place must also be healed.

The anger from that trauma needs to be addressed and allowed to flow. It is by allowing the anger to be just that, that the healing starts to take place and small or large pieces of the soul are allowed to heal.

When we suppress the anger it makes the situation worse, it makes the pain linger longer than is necessary.

Some times talk therapy with a trained therapist can help.

It is only when we stop judging our actions and feelings from the past as wrong.

That we can finally begin to heal.

It's like yelling at a young child to stop crying and making the situation worse.

By allowing our emotions to be, that we start to have a greater understanding of our soul and our selves.

We stop judging ourselves and allow our selves to just be.

If we are unable to make the changes in our lives that we wish to see; there is nothing wrong with seeking outside help from a therapist to help us.

Sometimes people grew up in families where mind games were always used. Making it next to impossible for them to properly read or gauge a person's actions or motives. 

Making it hard to trust anyone and further alienating themselves from society.

Where what feels normal to them is not normal to others and a clue that a person can't be trusted.

This can be very frustrating for anyone trying to heal from abuse. Especially when they are trying to break abusive cycles.

Sometimes they will meet people that are meant to be teachers to these people and sometimes these people are meant to be the teachers to others. Other times as your teaching someone you are learning from their experiences. The answers for others are sometimes the answers for yourself and your meant to listen as well.

Transition Periods In Our Lives

We all go through them. Some of us more than others. The transition period is that period where no matter what we do. It seems like a holding pattern, almost like the chrysalis that a caterpillar goes through before it finally transforms into a beautiful Butterfly.

This is usually a sign that something big is coming into your life. Your either going to be changing jobs or something great is coming into your life.

The bigger the transition sometimes the bigger the waiting period. I know that sometimes I go backwards and then I move forward and then I make a big leap forward in all directions in my life. Kind of like the Bunny Hop!

It's kind of like following a bread crumb trail. Some of the things that are already in alignment come easily. It's when we're learning to stretch ourselves that there is a bigger gap in the good stuff coming. It's that calmness that lets us know that we're still on the right path. Unlike that panic energy that lets us know that we  might have taken a wrong turn. Always pay attention to that panic feeling. If it last more than a couple of days. It's probably not growing pains.

Healing Ourselves

Many of us try different modalities to help us heal. Everyone is different, some healing is more main stream. Other for forms are more complimentary, meaning it uses unconventional and main stream healing practices to fit the client. Still other people see both a psychotherapist and a spiritual counselor.

My journey with my clients is not a one size fits all approach. Each of my clients is so different. One client might need a psychic session and medical intuitive session combined. Each session is so unique.I have had a client that needed a healing session and while they were healing; they remembered a past life on their own. They were able to see those events and come to an understanding about something personal in their life.

I have often seen the wings of their guardian angels or even arch angels in a healing session. I do many different types of healing sessions. One of my specialties is reading energy. A lot of people forget that even their home can have an impact on their lives. Feng Shui, should be done once a year on the persons home. Just like we change, so does our home. Each person living in the home influences the energy of the house.

I do a specialized healing that I only use in special cases for clients. This form of healing can take up to four hours to complete on a client. The more work they've done on themselves the faster this healing goes. (personal work is seeing a therapist, changing belief systems). Many of my clients that have done this healing have said that they felt lighter.

Calmness

It is so amazing the difference between the end of 2012 and the second month into 2013. It is like a sort of calmness is starting to settle over everything. A lot of the lies that have been buried for centuries ares being pulled to the surface and in its wake is coming Justice. The long awaited truth! The healing can start to begin as all who have been hurt by the lies and deception are finally being Championed by the Justice Systems.

It is a beautiful thing to see! No more lies and manipulation of the Masses! The revolution has begun and instead of it taking place on a battle field it is taking place in the Court Houses. A very different kind of battle field. It is a battle of court cases as precedent. From the ashes will rise Lady Liberty. Allowing all to reclaim their Independence and Dignity and Honor. Too long has this game gone on.

This is a dawning of new age where liberties are won without blood shed. The signs are every where if you choose to see them. It is the difference between going through life sleep walking or awake.

Light Workers vs. Dark Energy

This last week has been filled with surprises and shocks. I was only last Monday that I learned a light worker had suffered a stroke. Her husband found her and quickly called an ambulance. The surgeons found numerous blood clots. She had two surgeries in those two days. Our community of light workers is very close knit. Finally she starting to make some recoveries. It will still be a long road for her ahead.

Another light worker had had three car accidents in six weeks. These were not minor fender benders. This individual was in serious pain. He is finally able to feel less discomfort. He is making gradual improvements in his own recovery.

Monday night  a spray bottle with Florida water fell off an island in my kitchen and fell to the floor. This bottle has been on this island of  the last six months. I picked it up and slammed it on the counter the side wall of the bottle shattered like glass. I had water all over the floor.

Another light worker had a tire shred on their car. This tire was less than a year old. Luckily this light worker was kept safe.  There have been all manner of random accidents surrounding many light workers.

May all Light Workers put extra protection around yourselves. The Dark Energy is definitely putting up a fight.

The Battle Has Begun

The battle has begun and the lines have been drawn. This deadly dance of wills between light and dark.
The dark has had a chance to try its hand at its vision of the perfect world. There is a coming of the changing of the guards at hand. It is now lights turn to take up the torch.

This land of lies, corruption and deceit are about to be turned on its ear. It will begin with the biggest players first and cascade down to the smallest pawn. It is a duel to the death. Those that have been skating by with no consequences are about to have their markers called in.

Those that have chosen to not pick sides or not get involved are in for a very rude awakening. You don't get enjoy the benefits of others that have fought. You do actually have to participate in your own life and the life that you want.

The Celestial Heavens are watching and fighting their own fight above in this fight between light and dark. The tribunals will take place in the heavens and the astral plane. There will be many ambassadors from many galaxies and multidimensional universes. They were here in the beginning and it is only fitting that they be here at the end of this cycle.

The Governments, Justices and Corporations that have participated in this corruption for too long are about to be exposed for the Johns, Prostitutes and Pimps that they really are. They will fall like dominoes. People will pickup the torches for their own freedom. This false sense of security that people have talked themselves into for many centuries will be revealed for what it really is enslavement.

The structures and dogma that have been put in place to control people will be exposed for the vileness that it really is. We all have free will, we always have choices. It's about stepping up and taking responsibility for our lives. It is not about dwelling on the past and becoming a slave to guilt and shame. By moving forward, we work on ourselves and explore new possibilities. We start to see what is really possible and embrace the true power that we've possessed all along.

Fall

Fall is coming and the energy of this season is so wonderful. It has that cool brisk feel. That great sleeping weather that allows you to sleep soundly. It also is the best weather for taking nice long walks. Walks that invigorate you!

I love this weather for dog walking. It is the best weather for getting out there with a dog and enjoying walking in a park on the trails. You can take a deep breathe of the cleansing air into your lungs.

Cooking up soups and stews in this weather is the very best. You can warm up from the inside out and enjoy cozy conversations with friends and families over nice comfort food.

Dark Forces

The battle fields are drawn, the war has begun in earnest. Which side will win?
The stakes are high after all, will this planet take her rightful place with the rest of her sister planets in the run for ascension.

It has been more than 36,000 years since our planet was last in this galaxy. It will be very interesting to see the looks on people's faces as they realize that those books on Mythology were never myths at all.

The pressure is on to see if they can make the light workers fail in their mission to help Gaia ascend and be what she was meant to be. She was meant to be a paradise, but all the egos got in the way of what she wanted.

The time has come for all wrongs to be righted. The forces all across the galaxies have gathered for this event. The many souls that had once lived on earth and those that had never been to earth volunteered. Some had at one time been warriors themselves, so who better to lead the tactical team to help Gaia gain her freedom. Her cries could be heard across many galaxies.

There are many life forms in the Universe some have bodies some do not. Stars and Planets are also sentient beings and they have a right to be heard. So it was decided that the Galactic Counsel would step up for the tribunal that was to convene so that Gaia could be represented properly. Those that had robed her of her rightful place in the Cosmos would be brought to trial so that Justice could be served.

There have been many players that have contributed to bring us to our current time. Many have been burned at the stake or murdered by those that don't want the planet to ascend. The ascension has never had anything to do with religion. It is the birth right of all to ascend. It has been the ego of many that has tried to stop the masses with wars, persecution and other crimes of destruction.

This mad grab for ultimate control and dominance borders on insanity. Gaia has entered the photon belt with all of her sister planets and stars. Her vibration is getting higher and higher. Once she comes out of this photon belt. The reality that we think is real will start to change. We will see more rapid creations. We will find that our bodies are about to change to match the vibration of Gaia.

All of this suicide and depression energy are being released on the light workers and others to bring the vibration down in a last ditch effort to stop the ascension. There is no race for ascension, it will come to you when you are ready.

Past Life Lovers

I have done a dance with the most interesting characters. Some I've met in this most recent life.
Others, I have yet to meet. You can tell how many lives you've had with them by how strong the chemistry pull seems to be.

My ex-husband, it was the first life time that we've actually been married. I saw what our contract was to be and what he was supposed to learn in this life time. I also saw the pattern from his past in many of his life times and how he'd become stuck. Because of our paths crossing it did change some things in his life this time. Unfortunately he was unwilling to do the work.

I have met another man that I was married to in the Middle East in the past. It is amazing how much work our souls do to clear karma or make changes in personal growth. The fact that I was able to see the past helped me make some connections and allow me to see how far I'd grown since our past life together.

For some, they need years of counseling to heal the past hurts. The Universe on the other hand allows us to use as many life times to grow and heal.

The Revolution Is Coming

I know one thing for sure that Spirit always has messages. Last weekend, I was busy at my computer when a sparrow flew onto the outside screen and hung there for about three minutes before flying off.

Bird messages can be extremely important. One sparrows have a lot to do with freedom and revolution. The last time I had a sparrow experience was about two years ago. There were lots of sparrow where I parked my car. I was going to an interview, I hesitated on getting out. There were over twenty sparrows that were flying towards my windshield and at the last minute they would veer off.

This happened about twenty times. I finally decided to get out and go into my interview. The experience with the birds was like something out of a Hitchcock movie. It was shortly after that experience that a few other Nations started to rebel against their Governments and claim their freedom.

Now I know some of you are thinking, well obviously the bird saw its reflection. Not likely, my windows on the outside are just not that clean. Especially on the second floor.

We are starting to see some positive changes with the economy. The more Government starts to push people to their limits the more people will start to push back. A lot of people have lost everything, their jobs, homes and once that line in the sand is crossed there is no going back. That line is so different for each person.

With banks acting like spoiled entitled children and playing Dictator. There is no limit to the stress that people are living with today. The middle class is virtually wiped out and almost a memory. Governments taxing people whose homes have lost value that are already hanging on by a string. It really is beginning to look like that movie. "It's A Wonderful Life" only before the Savings and Loan Banks existed.

All the corruption is boiling to the surface and Governments, Businesses and Dictators are now seeing the inside of a court room and finding out that Justice is for all. Those that have felt entitled for so long are finding out that they can't buy their way out of their actions. Things that have been swept under the rug are now to big to fit. All of the secrets are now spilling out into the light.

The numbers are now stepping forward to be heard. After all Goddess Athena is all about Justice.
She will have Justice! Just like you can run from Death but not hide. So it is true with Justice.

Raven Hawke Contests

A Prison of Our Own Making

Some people believe that a prison has bars and it is a place of punishment. Sometimes its not just criminals that are in prison. Sometimes very good people, think that if they do something for themselves it will be a bad thing.

I witnessed many people that stay in a job that makes them miserable because somewhere along the way they lost their own self worth or never had it. This also happens with marriages as well. Our society is so driven by guilt that is it a wonder the high suicide rate.

When we sacrifice ourselves in such a way, our souls start to slowly die. It is a touchier worse than the death. It is amazing the norms that we've excepted to fit into what we call society.

The question is who decided these norms? Is it cultural? Religion based? Why is it we feel that we must fit in so badly. Was it our parents? Their parents? When is it we finally have the right to decide for ourselves?

I have watched people stay together out of obligation. Each in their own personal prison. One thinking they have to stay because they have a handicap that they can't be independent. The other refusing to allow the person with the handicap to become independent. One begins to wonder who is the one with the real handicap.

Only after the death of one of them is the other finally free and independent. So much time wasted, that could have been better used for happiness. We all are capable of learning and changing. We have to first choose too.

These oppressive relationships that hold us down serve no purpose. Do we really have to hit rock bottom to see that we are capable of so much more. I once met a person that said, Rock Bottom was death. I beg to differ. Rock bottom, is that invisible line that once someone in our life crosses it there is no going back. We each have a line of how much we will put up with. Once someone crosses it. We are done with them or we will change. 

We are all adults that can choose for ourselves. We must reclaim our personal power or lose a piece of who we are bit by bit.

The Messengers

We are the mediums and channelers that bring forth the messages. It is not our job to censor or edit the message. It is amazing to us, how you take a message and instantly try to make it a negative message.

These messages are channeled with love and carrying. We want all who receive their messages to hear them and reflect on them. You have free will for a reason. Please consciously use it. Take back your power, hear the message with its positive tone and take bite size pieces if you choose into your life.

When you choose to play the victim you are in a prison of your own making. That is why on of the tarot cards shows a person that looks like they are imprisoned. Upon closer inspection though you will see that all the person has to do is step out of the rope or move a stick and they are imprisoned no more. They never really were it was a prison of the minds own making.

Next time remember that in order to participate in life you do have to take action. No one can do it for you.

The Best Romance

The Best Romance

Wouldn't it be great if Parents taught their kids to get to know themselves.

I think it's still interesting that there are so many children's books where they push the happily ever after thing complete with Miss Charming or Mr. Charming.

This is one of the reasons we have so many divorces in this country. Most people have no clue who they are?

They don't know if they're even happy?

They think that being happy is having another person in your life? It's one of those Card moments.

People have never been told the truth that you can still be lonely with another person.

So they go rushing into another relationship, like this will finally be the answer.

It's only after several of these failed results we learn that we need to actually take some time out for ourselves and get to know us. It's like secretly we don't like ourselves. We're so afraid that if we get to know ourselves, we think we won't like us.
