Death of a Company

Nothing kills a company faster than toxic people with their control freak tendencies. They suffocate anything or anyone that could bring change that could bring improvement to the organization. They pick fights with co-workers or demean the people that have to report to them.

This stagnation starts to erode the foundation of the company. People don't want to work there because its so abusive. Because the organization is not creative or innovative. Contracts with clients can start to unravel. The relationships start to erode because needs of the individuals and organizations are at different points.

When the agendas of others derail the organizations growth. The company can start to unravel at a faster and faster rate. Its like driving a car with no driver. Companies that had good intentions for its clients and employees can die quickly if it doesn't keep destructive individuals in check. The higher these individuals are in the organization, the more damage they are capable of doing.

These people are parasites for they create fear and destruction where ever they go. In their minds they are all important. Anyone that gets in their way, is viewed as an adversary to be eliminated at all costs. The companies that are the breeding place for this behavior are large corporations. It's much harder to discover them in such a huge dinosaur. In smaller organizations, its easier to spot them. Almost like spotting a tick on your body.

For the health and the pulse of a company it is good to be diligent about getting rid of toxic people in your organization to limit the damage they can do to the relationships involved. Other companies can become toxic when you have to many of certain type of employee. Lawyers and doctors come to mind. They have a God complex, they think that only they have a right to speak. Anyone else is beneath them. They bring to the table a master, slave mentality.  Any time anyone deems to speak up or suggest a different idea. They are fired on the spot. They enjoy and get off on their abuse of power. They are the ultimate bully. Their credentials have gone to their head. They think it equates to their value to the company and the World.

These misuses of power need to be reeled in to make sure a company isn't sunk from within. Foreigners that bring their baggage is another problem too. If they are from a cast system. Guess what they can't think outside of the box of their own culture, unless they were raised outside of that culture. They can then bring new ideas to the table. If they were raised with prejudices towards certain genders then your on a sinking ship. Their preoccupation with firing or eliminating that gender from their work teams can be like a disease attacking the body.

It's very interesting that most companies that say they are transparent are the opposite of what they say. Companies that don't make those claims, are usually having a healthier environment or the managers are trying to maintain a sane environment for their employees.

When Death Comes to Visit

Death affects everyone very differently. Some people are sad when their loved one dies and grieve for them. Others look at it as a celebration of their loved one's life. Others look at it as an opportunity to bring the family together?

Some people don't think that Death has a sense of humor but just like life is hysterically funny. So can the things surrounding death. One funeral I attended, the man was supposed to retire and be able to finally take a vacation with his wife. The day before his vacation, he suffered a massive heart attack. His wife out of love and respect for him put on his favorite Vikings hat in the casket with him. It made him more human and more real. It also showed a side of him that made you laugh. It lightened up a very serious moment in his life.

Another person suffered a heart attack and was in his thirties. Funeral expenses can be very pricey. In this case, his wife decided to lighten the moment the way her husband would have wanted. He wasn't overly religious. She had him cremated because that's all they could afford. Instead of sticking him in a stuffy Urn. She decided to put him in his favorite mug and put the top on it. His ashes just barely fit.

This death next death will go down as the game of keep away with a dead body. People who have played the game keep away might get this. This poor man had been living with his girl friend for a very long time. He went into the hospital and went into a coma.

The girl friend fearing for her boy friend asked his family members to please come visit him. While they were visiting him off and on, he would come in and out of the coma.  Well eventually he died. His girl friend paid to have him cremated. Well in between this time, his family members had decided that the girl friend wasn't really family and she shouldn't have a right to keep the ashes.

They called the place that had the ashes and they came and picked up the ashes before the girl friend arrived. They also decided that they would sprinkle the ashes in a National Park because they wanted him to be surrounded by a nice scenery. The effort they put into this to get the body and keep it away from his grieving girl friend was crazy.

Death will bring out the true feeling of people. It will bring out the crazy for certain. It brings out the hypocrites, who point their finger and tell other people how to act when they don't want to be inconvenienced.

Death

Death is another life journey. Some how over the centuries, death has some how become a villain. Instead of people looking at it as just another of life's journeys and something to be embraced. People look at it as the ultimate end, when nothing could be further from the truth. It is the ending of one chapter and the beginning of a new one.

As children we had class room experiments we had to do with meal worms. When the meal worm died it turned into a beetle and when the beetle died it turned back into a meal worm. Same with the butterfly, it metamorphosis from a Caterpillar to a butterfly. You can equate it with reincarnation. The  cycle is never ending.

You go from the living reality or dimension to another reality when you die. The soul is immortal, so even though the flesh dies the soul never will. This fear of death keeps us from realizing our true potential by making us a victim by feeding this fear.

One of the things, I know for sure is that your loved one's are constantly checking in with you. They are not locked away on the other side like hostages. They come and visit you even if they have crossed over. Even ancestors that you've never met in this life time still care about you. They know when you have been born they watch you grow. It is a very loving relationship.

They're presence is always announced. You will usually smell something that was unique to them when they were alive. Sometimes its a perfume, or maybe they smoked a cigar and you notice that smell from time to time.
These are all signs that they are around you.

That's why sometimes the fear someone has before they pass is what keeps them from crossing over. The fear that they won't be able to see they're loved one's when they're gone. This is what can keep them earth bound or make them remain a ghost. This false truth that when they die they can never come back to visit they're families.

Other cultures embrace death as a beautiful process and not something to fear. They know that loved one's are always around them and that they have crossed over. The dying are taught that when they see they're deceased relatives it is cause for celebration and not something to fear. Those relatives are there to help them cross over to the other side and teach them that this is not the end. They will always be able to check in on their families.

The Battle Has Begun

The battle has begun and the lines have been drawn. This deadly dance of wills between light and dark.
The dark has had a chance to try its hand at its vision of the perfect world. There is a coming of the changing of the guards at hand. It is now lights turn to take up the torch.

This land of lies, corruption and deceit are about to be turned on its ear. It will begin with the biggest players first and cascade down to the smallest pawn. It is a duel to the death. Those that have been skating by with no consequences are about to have their markers called in.

Those that have chosen to not pick sides or not get involved are in for a very rude awakening. You don't get enjoy the benefits of others that have fought. You do actually have to participate in your own life and the life that you want.

The Celestial Heavens are watching and fighting their own fight above in this fight between light and dark. The tribunals will take place in the heavens and the astral plane. There will be many ambassadors from many galaxies and multidimensional universes. They were here in the beginning and it is only fitting that they be here at the end of this cycle.

The Governments, Justices and Corporations that have participated in this corruption for too long are about to be exposed for the Johns, Prostitutes and Pimps that they really are. They will fall like dominoes. People will pickup the torches for their own freedom. This false sense of security that people have talked themselves into for many centuries will be revealed for what it really is enslavement.

The structures and dogma that have been put in place to control people will be exposed for the vileness that it really is. We all have free will, we always have choices. It's about stepping up and taking responsibility for our lives. It is not about dwelling on the past and becoming a slave to guilt and shame. By moving forward, we work on ourselves and explore new possibilities. We start to see what is really possible and embrace the true power that we've possessed all along.
