When you take a look at your life, where are you feeling so-so? Is it the people in your life? Relationships in general? Your work life? Your home? Where is the balance off? Do you have lots of drama in your life or is it nice and calm. These are nice ways to gage here there is balance and where is it off.
By paying attention to whats causing you stress, you can start to dig in and make small or big changes. If you never take time for yourself, you might be exhausted. Make sure that your taking time for yourself. It's okay to be selfish with your time. It's about creating more balance in your life so you can relax and play. Less stress is always a good thing. It allows you to get a decent nights sleep. If your dreading going to work every day. It's time to look at why? Is it the work? People? Once you can identify your stressors, it makes it easier to make some changes.
Be sure you set boundaries with your time. This is so you can feel whole as a person. It's one way to have less messes landing on your life. Do you even know what makes you happy or excited to get up in the morning? How's your relationship with yourself? If you don't even know who you are any more. That's a big clue to start your work with getting to know you.

It feels very exciting and fresh! It almost has a crisp feel to it. I'm waiting for the next chapter to be written. Each one of us is part of history and yet we never think of it that way. We just go about our day. It seems that only when we read what has been written. What we've experienced that we question it and say how did they get that?

When The Universe Is Talking
Think you've got life all figured out. You might be surprised that your still in school and don't even know it. When your life seems to be coming apart at the seems for no reason. Sometimes we think were listening when the Universe is talking and wondering why nothing is moving. Here we've missed all the cues because we've been looking every where else.
When the Universe puts the brakes on your life. You can't help but take notice. The best course of action is to listen carefully and pay attention. Pay attention to how you feel in different situations. Are you stressed, calm, excited. This is also a way to make you take a much needed vacation; when your working too hard. With our busy lives, we've lost touch with ourselves and our environment.
Sometimes its only by stumbling through life that we start to learn the unspoken language of the Universe. Once we become more balanced, these little adventures stop happening. We all need to have play in our lives. It's not just for children. Working constantly with no breaks is one sure way to get the Universe's attention. You might get some warning signs, and having problems with work. When you start to have more balance in all areas of your life, you will start to see more flow. This doesn't mean that you won't have some curve balls once in a while.
If your starting to get more resentful with your time. That's a sign, that you might want to start to slow down and make more time for yourself. Feeling exhausted, you might want to pick things that are less mentally and physically exhausting. It's not uncommon for the Universe to make sure that you don't have work for three mos. or more. We are all on a journey in our lives. Part of the journey is to be able to enjoy it.

Finding Your Inner Peace
Take steps to reduce the stress in your life, work, family.
People assume that if they play the victim that things will change. Action is required to make change!
Change what your listening too. Start weeding your personal, work and family life. The News has never been news it's really Programming that tells you what to think and how to feel.
Once you start getting more selective about what is allowed in your life, you will start to see more changes. If you thirst for negative things, than you will get more negative. If you thirst for more inner peace, then try to have some silence when you get home. No TV, computer or radio just drink in the quiet silence. This will be welcome for introverts and empaths. If your an extrovert, you might need to listen to soothing or passionate music or a scifi movie.
Both types will benefit from being around plants and animals. Walks are great ways to think about solutions. It is a form of meditation in its own right. Be sure to detox each night with a baking soda bath. It gets all of that yuck from the day off your skin.

Poverty
To each person that word means something different. It depends on the country you grew up in and how it was viewed by that culture. It has a smell, feeling and taste. To some it might be sadness, violence, insecurity?
It might feel like a simpler time, depending on your memories if they were happy or sad? Certain foods in an instance can trigger memories or feelings of happiness or sadness. The taste of certain foods are reminders as well. Those that are visual, will find things that annoy them on sight.
These reminders can be just enough incentive to make sure that we never go back to a time like that without a fight. Here's the funny part, poverty can be a person growing up in a middle class home. It's all about our frame of reference.
To some people poverty is about money. To some it's about not having enough family or friends. See it's all very abstract. That's why logic isn't always the truth. Poverty can be synonymous with stress, pain, shame, violence and the list can go on.
Some of this is brought about by constantly comparing our lives to others. Some of it is just a brutal reality check when whats going out is more than whats coming in. Some of it happens, when things are beyond our control. For some this will be a temporary stop on the journey of life and others will feel like their life has hit the longest drought on journey.
Others make a game out of it. They have learned how to make it work for them and content with what they have and no intention of changing themselves. While others look at it as something dirty and abhorant and can't find ways fast enough to dig themselves out of it.
The important part about these journeys is not to Judge yourself but try to reasses what you've learned and see if different choices will change the results?

Are You Happy or Stressed Out?
If your continually having dreams of dread before your have to return to work the next day? Sunday night is usually the most telling. It's that sense of dread that slowly starts to build up, then by Sunday night you could almost cut it with a knife. It might be time to take stock of what makes you happy and what's stressing your out?
Is it the work itself? Your co-workers? The environment? Start to make some changes in your life. Once you've made those changes. See how things feel? Are you happier or still stressed out. By slowly pin pointing what is making your happy and what is not. You will be taking steps to have more control of your own life.
Pay attention to what is relaxing and enjoyable to you. Not everyone likes to hangout with people. Does this make you anti-social? No it just means that those types of activities are not relaxing to you. Do certain people stress you out and other people don't. It might be time to find out who your tribe is! Some people are extroverts (they get energy by being around people). Introverts get exhausted being around people all the time. Some people are in the middle and need some down time and some time being around crowds.
Are you a workaholic and need to start taking scheduled relaxation time, so you can have more work life balance in your life. Sometimes we get so used to being a hamster on the wheel that we don't know what it actually feels like to relax.
By turning off the news and cell phones, it is a step to reclaiming your personal time. Caller ID is the best source for screening your calls. It's always a good thing to stop answering your phone and start to learn to tune out time wasters. Some are people, telemarketers. Boundaries are a good thing to establish, it is a good way to re stake your claim to your personal time. You never need to apologize for being protective of your down time.
