Right now some of the biggest Con's are being spun. Large Corporations get tax breaks for providing their employees with Health Care coverage and get volume discounts on that coverage. They even get tax breaks for retraining their employees. These are all things that are offered by our Government and you and I pick up the tab for this.
Small business can be a company that Makes as much as the low millions. It's all about perception and how you spin it. A lot of small and middle size companies don't qualify for some of these same benefits because they don't have enough employees.
It's interesting how the Media can spin things to make you think that those poor Goliath businesses just can't compete with these small businesses. When nothing could be further from the truth. A lot of those Goliath businesses are out sourcing as many of their jobs to ensure that the management can get a large bonus for saving the company money and making huge profits for the share holders.
The problem comes in when the Government that has allowed this to happen still expects the people that live in that country to continue to pay taxes at the same rate as the previous years. It's economic suicide, when you have less money coming in everyone feels the pinch.

Good Fortune
We see changes when we are on the right path. Our pets are more playful, and other things in our life start to fall into place. It's like a giant road opener! Sometimes its just doing one thing. Here's the trick, if you can't figure out where to begin. Just try a step in different areas of your life til you notice a change.
At different times in our life, different areas of our life need attention.
Sometimes its our health.
Other times its our career or home life.
Sometimes we need a life makeover.
When we start taking out the garbage in our lives, we start to see changes.
Bit by bit we start to see the changes.
Then come the bigger gifts.
Sometimes its money that starts to come in at all the right moments.
Finding the right clothes that we've been searching for.
Or getting rid of the people that cause us stress.
When we actually participate in our lives.
The changes are huge!
New people enter our lives that treat us better.
New opportunities open up in our career.
We find co-workers that we like.
Environments that are suddenly healthy.

When A Healing Doesn't Work
It's very interesting when a healing doesn't work. Here's the thing, everyone has free will. If a person wants nothing to do with the healing, you can't shove it down their throat. A lot of times there are payoffs to an illness or disability.
People get more attention and don't have to take responsibility for living their lives when there is an illness or disability. It's like they're saying see you have to stay, you can't leave me. I can't take care of myself instead of seeing it as an opportunity for growth to concur challenges and allow their souls to grow.
Some people were disabled before their disability ever showed up. They refused to even participate in their lives. They used drugs as an excuse to avoid living. I've seen parents that are Nurses and Therapist do this to their own kids where they teach them that they aren't capable of making choices by themselves. Every chance the Universe gives their children an opportunity to learn and grow so they can become independent adults in the future. The parents rush in and make the decisions for them without even asking.
The big problem with this is that the problems get harder and harder. The lessons that these children would have learned to problem solve and build on their development has been taken away from them by a selfish and self serving adult. Think I'm being a little harsh here! These children might have been great leaders if someone would have let them try to solve their own problems instead of rushing in.
These parents need to learn to back off. You can tell your children that if they ever have a problem that you will be their for them. You can run a couple of choices on how to handle a problem. IF ASKED! Here is the Key! You need to tell them that you can offer them choices if they ask for help! Again, you are not here to make those choices for them! Do you really want to put a child in a bigger problem then they're ready for?
By allowing them to learn how to handle their own problems, you are preparing them for life.
An illness can be a way to slow someone down so they start taking care of their body and health. Some people are always on the run, they never take time for themselves. Then wonder why they got taken out by a heart attack. Cancer and tumors are wake up calls for us to start getting serious about our passions. Life is not meant to be some form of sick torture. If you have an unhappy marriage, do something about it. If you hate your job, take baby steps to find something that you love.

Financial Institutions
It's interesting how the Financial Institutions are more and more under the microscope. There have been glitches with the transactions that they've been doing to people's bank accounts. People are getting more and more fed up with these hiccups.
The terms and conditions that banks are using in business are being examined more too. Are these contracts legal? Are they're practices above board? Are the Auditors looking in the right places or just going through the motions?
As the light gets shined on Organizations that people use to never question. The people are stepping up and taking back more of their personal power and demanding to have attorneys that represent their rights look at these contracts to see if they are in fact legal?
Here's the other question? Are the Attorney's taught all law in these law schools that exist in our Global environment or only the laws that Organizations want them to know? Some of you have never even thought of this. You just assumed that in Law School they teach their students all law. The reality is quite different indeed.
This is a really exciting time to see the corruption exposed and Corp Executives and even Board of Directors go to prison for their crimes. When you create a vehicle to hide behind in order to commit crimes, it has a nasty way of biting you in the Ass in the End!

Sign Posts-
The Universe is an amazing place. It tips you off to when something isn't quite right. Sometimes it shows up as a glitch that seems to happen when you do something very ordinary. Other times it can stop you like an invisible brick wall. It is through these signs that we are given a chance to reaccess if something is wrong or not.
I don't even question if something goes wrong. I change my direction. I am using the Universe as a guidance system. It is allowing me to have the best outcomes for me. Most of the time I am saving money or protecting myself from something that is coming in the future. That's how the Universe works.
Instead of fighting your way through life it suddenly becomes easier when you listen and observe the signs.
Sometimes it is nature itself that are the signs. Sometimes it is relationships that are the brick wall as a warning.
It is only by getting into your own vibe that you learn how to follow the signs. It becomes easier, almost like magick. It is only when we don't listen that life becomes a struggle.

The Merging Of Realities
These past few weeks it has been getting pretty difficult to tell reality from Dream. It feels like emerging from mud. It feels like a great effort to emerge from the dream state to the waking state.
Even this morning, I had a dream that was movie worthy. I will be writing it down sometime today. So much Drama? The characters are so realistic and they all know their lines so well. It's almost like you've walked into the middle of a play. The drama is so real, that it takes great effort to separate yourself from this reality and remain an observer. It is hard not to get sucked into this drama and participate.
It is only curiosity that helps to maintain the role of the observer. What will happen next. I even remember at one point thinking in my dream. I've seen this movie before, lets watch to see what happens next to see if I'm right. It always amazes me that I know these people in the dream. I could tell you their names their backgrounds. Who they are? Where they live? Then when I awake, its as if I have amnesia.

Transition Periods In Our Lives
We all go through them. Some of us more than others. The transition period is that period where no matter what we do. It seems like a holding pattern, almost like the chrysalis that a caterpillar goes through before it finally transforms into a beautiful Butterfly.
This is usually a sign that something big is coming into your life. Your either going to be changing jobs or something great is coming into your life.
The bigger the transition sometimes the bigger the waiting period. I know that sometimes I go backwards and then I move forward and then I make a big leap forward in all directions in my life. Kind of like the Bunny Hop!
It's kind of like following a bread crumb trail. Some of the things that are already in alignment come easily. It's when we're learning to stretch ourselves that there is a bigger gap in the good stuff coming. It's that calmness that lets us know that we're still on the right path. Unlike that panic energy that lets us know that we might have taken a wrong turn. Always pay attention to that panic feeling. If it last more than a couple of days. It's probably not growing pains.
