So find your center and just enjoy the quiet. Enjoy not having a phone ringing off the hook. Think of it as a self imposed boundary! If setting boundaries is one of your biggest stumbling blocks, think of this as a starting point. Find one of the easiest starting points for you and build upon that!
If drinking tea or coffee, is one of those things that brings you peace. Then enjoy these endulgences. Find music that is soothing to you or art. Find a favorite book or past time that is relaxing to you.
It's about drinking in all that soothing and calming energy. If you need more rest than give yourself more self care.
